John Kupar received his undergraduate degree at the University of Kentucky, and his M. Div. at Louisville Presbyterian Theological Seminary. John has served in a variety of ministry contexts, including campus ministry, youth ministry, and two associate pastorates in Kentucky and Florida. 

Throughout his ministry, John has emphasized intergenerational faith formation, youth and children’s programming, and creative approaches to worship and discipleship. He brings strong skills in communications, community engagement, and program leadership, and has helped congregations connect their faith with meaningful action in the wider world.

Outside of ministry, John enjoys playing disc golf, strumming the banjo, and spending time with his wife, Katherine, and two young children, Burnam and Maggie.
