Children's Camps - Summer 2026

Dear Parents,
Hello! Our trip to Passport Kids is drawing closer, which means it is already time to begin preparing for camp!
If you have any questions about camp, Renee will be available in the Children’s Commons for our Parent/Camper Meeting on Sunday, June 7, at 10:00 am to answer them. If your child (or their older sibling) has attended Passport Kids in a previous year, know that nothing about this year’s camp location or program has shifted significantly. Just pay close attention to the packing list, fill out all the forms below, and let me know if any questions come up for you!
Here are the forms you will need to fill out or read through:
- Highland Medical Release Form – Use the link to fill out your child’s Highland medical release form using the secure online platform, JotForm. Available Here
- PASSPORTkids! Medical Release Form – Use the link to fill out your child’s medical release form using the secure online platform, JotForm. Available Here
- Berea Liability Form – One (1) copy, printed, signed Available Here
- Camp Essentials – It includes a general packing list and important details about preparing for camp. Available Here + Here
- Packing List (Renee’s Version!) – Keep this handy as you pack! I’ve created a more specific list to assist you in making sure that your child has everything they need for camp. Available Here
- Renee’s Camp Notes – This includes our departure and arrival times, chaperone phone numbers, and our camper covenant. Place this on your refrigerator or other high-profile place in your home! Available Here
I’m looking forward to a wonderful week at camp with your child as we think about our theme – Vamos! Let’s Go! Together, we will be exploring how to follow God when something stirs deep in our heart and we feel compelled to take the next step forward. Within this, we’ll explore how there is space to show up, prepare, listen for God’s direction, and build strength through every challenge. Are we ready? Let’s go!
If you have questions between now and the time we go to camp, please feel free to reach out to me anytime.
See you soon!
