We all have important milestones we either look forward to or remember in our lives. This Sunday, we will celebrate an important milestone for six of our youth: their high school graduation. During the 11:15 AM worship service, we will recognize and say a blessing over our graduating high school seniors. Many of these graduates have been around Highland since they were born!
One important thing I always make sure to tell our graduates and the church as a whole is that this is not goodbye! This is not graduating church. Highland has been and will continue to be a community of love and support for each of our graduates even as many of them leave Louisville for college or career.
Our 2024 graduates are pictured above: Griffen Farnsley, Meredith Farnsley, Hayzel Hardesty, Livia Mayfield, Eli Schureck, and Lula Mae Solley. If you have a moment and would like to share a note for these amazing youth, please consider writing a card or a note and getting those to me and I will make sure our graduates get them.
Thank you all so much for your love and support of all our youth, but especially these that we recognize and honor on Sunday!
