Friday Church Ministries extend beyond the weekly gathering for worship and fellowship. As this ministry evolves, Highland continues seeking to meet the needs of this vibrant community through new ways, one of which is through its ministries to people in recovery. For many who call Friday Church their home, Friday nights become a necessary connecting point to ground them in their recovery and keep them connected to their higher power. We encourage you to find your center again at Friday Church!
In treatment programs or 12-step programs, homeless or struggling to find a job, wherever you are on the road to recovery, we want to walk alongside of you on this journey to wholeness. Highland is home to several different recovery groups that meet throughout the week, two of which are led by Highland members. If you are struggling with an addiction, please come and find community with these recovery groups.
