Christmas Eve Virtual Service

As our staff have planned and re-planned for the Advent and Christmas season at Highland, it has always been challenging to imagine Christmas Eve during COVID-19. We all ache to be back in our sanctuary as a community of faith on this day we hold as sacred. However, since that is not possible this Christmas, we will hold a virtual Christmas Eve service on December 24 at 7:00 p.m. on our Facebook page and YouTube channel. We invite you to join us from home for this time of worship together which will include beautiful music, a Christmas Eve reflection by Mary Alice Birdwhistell, lighting of the Christ candle, and a Christmas blessing from our ministers. However, we also encourage you to watch your email on Friday for additional opportunities for us to “share the light” with one another this Christmas!
