Highland offers two Christmas Eve Services for your family and friends to attend.
The service at 4:00 p.m. includes singing Christmas carols and reading the Christmas story as we wonder at the coming of the Christ Child. A candlelight ending sends you on your way to mark the birth of Jesus, the Christ. Childcare will be provided for infants, toddlers and twos. Click here to see the order of worship for this service.
The 6:00 p.m. service is based on the centuries-old English tradition known as the Service of Lessons and Carols. It tells the Christmas story through the reading of scriptures, the singing of carols, and the gifts of music by the Sanctuary Choir. A candlelight ending sends you on your way as we mark the birth of Jesus, the Christ. Childcare will be provided for infants, toddlers, and preschoolers. Reminder: We will have only one worship service on December 30, at 10:00 a.m.There will be no Bible study or Worship Care—so we can all be together in worship.
