Partnership without Borders Finds Energy in Louisville this Weekend

On Friday, September 5, a delegation from our ministry partner, the Eglise Evangelique au Maroc (Protestant Church in Morocco) will arrive here in Louisville. Highland will be providing housing for six of the team members on the evening of September 5th.  If you are interested in providing housing for one of these individuals please contact Robert Davis.

On Saturday, September 6 there will be a Partnership without Borders Ministry Celebration hosted by Broadway Baptist Church from 10:00 a.m.  – 12:30 p.m. This event will provide opportunities   to learn about and celebrate our connectedness in Christ with our brothers and sisters in Morocco. Just by coming and offering friendship and hospitality to our visitors you will be part of this partnership, which is all about relationships!  This celebration includes fun, educational games, worship and lunch.  The cost for the event is $5 per person and you can register to attend at www.kybf.org.  Make plans to attend this exciting kickoff of our partnership celebration.

Samuel AmedroHighland also will be hosting Samuel Amedro, who is the President of the EEAM as well as CEI, which is the church’s ministry to refugees and migrants in Morocco. Samuel will be preaching in all three worship services on Sunday, September 7.  There will also be additional opportunities to meet and dialogue with Samuel during his time with us at Highland. Those opportunities will be published next week.

On Monday, September 8, Samuel Amedro will speak to the Women on Mission Groups at Wanda Nakdimen’s home at 6:30 p.m. All women are welcome to attend!

We join together this weekend to experience how God is at work through international partnerships, ministry with refugees, and in the relationships we share all the way to Morocco and back. Come and experience God’s work of Love!
