This week in renovation work continues! In the baptistry, the light fixtures were installed, the inspection took place, and drywall is now being hung. There is also some electrical work taking place to rework an existing electrical panel in that area, and the final plumbing hook up to the baptistry tub will also take place.

Outside of the baptistry area, we anticipate that the railing at the bottom of our new internal stairwell leading from the lobby to Fellowship Hall will be installed. Also in the lobby, you may have previously noted a gap under the doorway. A threshold was added yesterday to eliminate the gap and complete the entrance.

In addition this week, our construction team continues to address items that needed to be corrected after discovery during our walk-through and creation of the punch list.

We are still unsure when the final pieces of the construction portion of our project will be complete. We are hopeful that most of our project will be completed in the not too distant future! We are so grateful for everyone’s flexibility as we continue through this final portion of our season of renovation.
