Highland is affiliated in mission and ministry with various local, state, and national Baptist organizations. HBC may also network in specific ways with other faith-based organizations to fulfill its mission of evangelism, peacemaking and social justice. Membership

Membership in Highland Baptist Church is open to anyone who professes Christ as Savior, has experienced believer's baptism, is committed to the mission and vision of this church, and who voluntarily presents himself or herself for membership. New Christians will express their confession of faith publicly by being baptized by immersion.
