Children

Children are an integral part of the HBC family and are involved in all aspects of ministry. Bible studyclasses are provided for children from infancy through fifth grade every Sunday morning from 9:40-10:40.

Preschool childcare is provided during the 9:00 and 11:00 services. During the 11:00 service our 3 and 4 year olds have an extended Bible learning and play time. The Kindergarten through second graders participate in Children's Church during a portion of the 11:00 worship service.

On Wednesday evenings, children ages 2 years through 5th grade participate in music education. This is a time when the children learn about elements of worship, learn how to sing as a group, enjoy learning to play Orff instruments and handbells,and sing praise to God. Summer Music Camp will be on June 7-11th. M-Th 9:00-4:30, Fri 9:00-noon with a final performance: Thursday 5:30 p.m.
